Karcher's guarantee worthless

Bought a commercial Karcher high pressure washer from Pelecane services in beginning of the year. Because of failure from Pelecane services to service my machine, the machine broke down. Now Karcher wants me to pay almost R5000 in repairs.

If the services was done when I asked for them, the machine would still be fine. Karchers guarantee is worthless and I would never buy another Karcher again. So think twice about purchasing a Karcher.
