Get your admin in order!!!

I have been receiving e-mails from VVM Debt Collectors that is not intended for me. I have tried sending e-mails to VVM, but the email comes from a "do not reply" address and is apparantly invalid. I have called their call centre and spoken to one of their representatives (unfortunately I didn't take his name down) asking that they remove my e-mail address from this person unknown to me's record. He actually said to me "mam, are you sure this is not your gardener? ". Eventually he promised that it will be corrected. Now months later I am still receiving the same emails. I am marking the e-mails as spam from now on. Hopefully if many more people do this, your domain will become permanently blacklisted so you can stop spamming people. PLEASE will you get your admin in order? Please have someone contact me to sort this out. This unfortunate man is threatened with legal action and he doesn't even know it. Sort this out please.
