Horrible Service

I applied for registering my pty with Growabusiness at the end of March, after numerous e-mails and promises of dates that my pty would be registered it only got registered in JULY! In the interim our business has moved from PTA to CPT and therefore I needed the postal address and business address changed. I immediately notified them of the changes (I had also notified them of this whilst waiting on the pty to be registered and I was told I must wait for the pty to be registered before I could make amendments) Then I had to pay another R495 for the amendments to be made. They phoned me, sms and e-mail a few times in one day with the invoice and I paid the amount the following day. It has been 3 weeks since I have made payment, I have not heard from them once, it is amazing to me that they are so efficient in correspondance to receive payment yet to deliver your product, they do not even reply to their messages. I have sent them 3 e-mails in the last 3 weeks, I have not heard anything except for the automated responses that my e-mails were received. PLEASE do not use this company, I really regret that I ever did and should have made the amendments through another company.
