I registered in February 2013 to receive a Gemgem Box on a monthly basis - payment being made with my credit card. Two months later i was suddenly receiving 2 boxes a month. After an email from the company, this was clarified and i continued to receive my box on a monthly basis - however i was still being charged for 2 boxes a month. After a number of emails, this was finally clarified and a refund of some funds received (not the full amount). I then requested that my membership be cancelled and an immediate refund be issued - I'm still waiting and I'm still being debited for a box that I requested I no longer receive - I requested that the my membership be cancelled in June 2013. So I now sit in a position where I am out of pocket, I don't received a Gemgem box (because of the hassel involved), my emails are not being responded to, the telephone number on the website does not exist and I am comletely fed up and at my wits end! Gemgem - your customer service is shocking - actually it's non existent! I want my money back and want you to stop debiting my account! Surely this is not too much to ask?
