Money wrongly debited for 3 months & not refunded

I ordered a once off R99 gembox from gemgem but money was illegally and incorrectly debited from my account for another 3 months. This was in February, March & April 2013. It is now October and after more than 40 emails promising money would be refunded, I am still waiting for it to happen!!
