Marica supply wrong goods and refuse to credit

I have bought a Geyser from Marica at R4900 when i received this i phone and spoke to Maggi due to us battling to install the unit who then put me in touch with her supplier. Her supplier were no help at all. After a long struggle is was established that the unit can only be fitted on Three Phase power. this was never discussed when we bought the unit and we no the wiser took it.
i phoned Marica and Maggi informed me to bring the unit back for a refund. The unit is now with them and the conclusion is NO REFUND, they will see if they can sell the unit as a second had unit and give me a credit.
What a JOKE!
i would advise all Salons not to deal with them for it is clear they in the market to just sell and not to look after there customers.
it makes me SICK!
