Terrible hair extensions!!!

I'm a salon owner, I used their 'velvet human hair extension' and the quality was terrible! The bonding of the hair couldn't even last more than a month! I've been struggling to have this fixed as my client insist on new hair! Its been 2months without them even trying to solve my problem! Full of empty promises! Do not use their hair as it will not satisfy your client! I'm so disapointed as I furnished my whole salon with Marica! Customer service does not exist!
