Refund for QTX 15" Sub instead of 18"

I ordered a QTX 18" sub which i was charged R2000 31/07/13 which i paid for at their shop in full. I agreed to the deal and on Friday when i went to collect my 18" sub i was told its out of stock but i can have the 15" for R1600. Due to desperation and the inconvenienced they caused i had to take it as i bought the sound to play at my daughter's party. They promised to deposit the remaining balance R400 in my bank account because they did not have cash with them. Up until today i still don't have my money and every time i call them i get a different story. Now the 15" wrong sub stopped working i am even more worried when i return it i will have to wait for to come back to get it sorted
