I ask for a refund she says its nots possible

I bought a lounge suit by Russels Elsies River, and aproximately 8 months the unit was faulty, I contacted them and they responded. They fetchd the suite but after 1 month they phone me and say that the unit is discontinued. Ithen reply by saying I want a refund beacause they cannot replace unit instead they want to give an alternative unit. I am very unhappy and I have been sitting on camp chairs for almost a month know. I want A refund and not an alternative unit.
