No service for goods still under warranty

On 29 March 2013 I bought a Prestigio E-reader from CNA Witbank. On 27 August 2013 I took the reader to CNA in Middelburg Mall as the unit didn't charge. Mpoh took my details and the e-reader and told me they would contact me to let me know if they will repair or replace the unit. On Friday I phone them as I had no feedback and spoke to Talana. On Saturday, 31 August 2013 Talana phoned me and told me that we should send the unit to Prestigio ourselves as there is physical damage to the unit according to Prestigio (011 848 7027) but the unit is still in Middelburg and not damaged at all. She said that she would give me the e-mail from Prestigio as soon as she received it. On Saturday I went in to the branch and asked them why they don't deal with Prestigio as I bought the unit from CNA and I expect them to help me with the warranty claim. Talana told me that it's not their problem, they are just doing what Prestigio told them. I feel this is unacceptable. I bought the unit from CNA, if I knew that I would have not back-up from CNA I would never have bought the e-reader from them. They still sell Prestigio e-readers, but are not prepared to assist me with my problem.
