False Advertising, Still Waiting on Refund

My Girlfriend Purchased a Google Nexus Tablet for me for Christmas, she bought it on special end of October & put it away for me for X-mas.

When I opened the Tablet, I found out this was not a 2013 Model as what she was told she was buying, but a July 2012 unit which are now discontinued.

The Item lasted 1 hour & then switched off & was a dead unit, Out of Box Failure, I also phoned Asus USA & was told the unit was discontinued & that they did have a lot of defective units that were dispatched & advised me to take the unit back for a refund or a 2013 Model.

We Took the unit back to Incredible Connection & the Treatment was Awful.
I told the Tech that I had received the unit as a gift & that it was a out of box failure unit.

I also said that this was not a 2013 model as I actually am a programmer & work in the industry.

He argued with me saying that is was a 2013 & the latest model after showing him online the 2013 units he then admitted that they had not received 2013 units as yet.

Also this unit was not opened & checked in store either which the Tech said should have been done.
The Tech said the unit will go back to supplier & then I would get my refund.

I AM STILL WAITING!
