Turn To Gas
TurnToGas patently unreliable

Turn to Gas (Marius Henn) installed a gas connection to our new premises in Somerset West. Not once did he keep an appointment at the arranged times. We had to call him repeatedly to remind him to do the installation. After paying the invoice we never received the Gas Certificate that is a legal requirement as part of the installation. After countless phone calls to his cell phone (he does not list his landline in the directory) we got our attorney to call and track him down without any results.. Even after making promises to deliver the Gas certificate at a specific time he failed to do so giving weak excuses (blaming the weather!) etc etc. After threatening to report him to his governing body (SAQCC) he still failed to respond which clearly shows his lack of ethics and integrity. Be warned!
