I signed up with Discovery Insure from the beginning of July 2013 and I am happy with the deal they have offered on my policy, beating their competitors. I am still waiting for my BP fuel rewards card to arrive. Further to this, an appointment was made for installation of the compulsory tracking device at my work premises. I received a call from the installation agent a few hours before the appointment and I was told that basement parking or a secluded parking bay at my office was not acceptable for installation. I argued this as other colleagues have had the same thing installed at the same premises. I conceded and the agent told me that the call centre will arrange installation elsewhere. I am still awaiting their phone call.
