Bad installation & no after service by Weatherdoo

1. Weatherdoor installed two single, remote controlled doors at my new residence in Croydon Vineyard Estate, Somerset West, approximately 8 months ago
2.The installation of one of the doors was incorrectly done since the door started to scrape against the overhead track a few months after installation. The problem is deteriorating with time. One of the remote control batteries does not function at all and the other seems to be dying too
3.Since about 2 months ago I contacted Weatherdoor on numerous occasions, repeatedly reporting the same problem. A representative of Weatherdoor visited the premises about a month ago to investigate the problem
4.Despite all the telephone calls and the site visit nothing has been done to date to resolve the issue. All my telephonic contacts resulted in follow-up promises without any action
5.The problem would probably require that 3 door panels be replaced, the installation of the track of one door to be re-done and for the batteries to be replaced

The quality of the installation and the batteries are sub standard and the guarantee is worthless because their after service support is non-existant
