Samtrac results

I did my samtrac in june the results came back said I failed, when I went for a re-write I saw my script and I got 71 marks they said its suppose to 78 ofwhich I was surprised because the facilitator told us the pass rate is 65, I did very well on individuals and did well in group assessments so would like to know what happened in those points since I was failed by final results only? After my 1st rewrite I also got the sms that I failed again I went for the 2nd rewrite to my surprise my failing script was nowhere to be seen as proof that I failed for real but since I needed this certificate as soon as posible I wrote my second rewrite on the 23 of september and the results are suppose to come back in 21 days but until today there are no results, when I call they make excuses and promises but they don't keep their promise. I desperately need work but I can't do anything without the cerficate.
