Amobia
A month later and still no installation

We decided to get Amobia wireless as a failover for if our ADSL line goes down, so after a chat to the landlord we find out all the kit and wiring has already been installed by Amobia for a previous tenant. So I contact them on the 15th October to get the tower up and running again. They sent some guys to do a site inspection and give us a R350 installation charge and will come install the next week. They show up 10 days later, says the kit is ancient and everything needs to be replaced, charges us another R650 and will do the installation next week. since then I have been on the phone everyday talking to their sales department trying to get this thing installed as its been another week of just hearing excuses ranging from "we will come install tomorrow morning" followed by "out of stock" and "the weather was not in our favour" or even: the traffic was backed up"
It has now reached the point where I've run out of faith and going through all the trouble of trying to get back our money and cancelling
