Geyser installation fails water certificate

I had a geyser installed by Geyser Pro in November 2013. 2 months later I am in the process of selling the house and had an inspection for the water certificate of compliance. The 2 month old geyser installation failed the test. I tried contacting Geyser Pro again to correct their work and after no response I followed up my query with them. It has been a week since querying the installation and still no response. As I am trying to sell the house I am having to pay another third of the original installation cost to correct the installation so that I can get the certificate and go ahead with the sale. BE CAUTIOUS IN DEALING WITH GEYSER PRO.
