Hi

I got my account debited by smartcall technology solutions, an amount of R100 and i am not sure if it is the first time they are doing that, I only realised that my account had no funds when i had to make a call yesterday (21/07/2013.09:05)
I never subscribed for anything in two years and there was no confirmation sms or e-mail sent to me to advise that they'll be deducting airtime from my account.

This infuriates me, is this how they conduct their business? They just pick a number and bill them any amount they want for the services they don't provide? Since i haven't received any new services, why are they billing my account?
