From the 23rd of April i receieved a welcome message saying that i have subscribed to [URL Removed] @ R20 a day.
i ignored it as i thought it was spam, and knowing that i had not subscribed to any cellular service ever! upon noticing my airtime disapearing faster than normal, i called cellc and they told me that Smartcall has been debiting me account since the 23rd. This is ridiculous, somitimes with R40 a day! After calling their call centre and speaking to the most arrogant person, insisting that i had subscribed that is why i got the welcome message! this is criminal activity! they will be able to notice that i have had no activity on any of their services! i dont even know what their services are!
they refused to refund me! the lady who i spoke to just cut the call, and refused to help me!
we are being robbed in daylight, this company is still able to money from innocent people!

I never gave permision to Smartcall Technology to debit my account! i never gave them permission!
i am not and do not want to be a customer of Smartcall Technology Solutions
