Yesterday, I loaded R110 airtime onto my cell phone, only to realise a few minutes later that my airtime had depleted, even though I had made no calls or sent any sms's. I then called my service provider to enquire what had happened.

Nadine from Autopage informed me that Smartcall Technology Solutions had billed my account 10 x @R10 - in one day! R100! in one day!

Nadine then checked my account history, she can only go as far back as November 2012. On record, my account has been billed R300 per month since November 2012! That is R1200!!!

I demand a full report of how long how my account has been billed, WHY my account has been debited and what the full amount is! AND I demand a FULL REFUND.

I have logged a refund request with Autopage: my reference number is 417 9784. I have also asked Autopage to pull my full billing information to see how long my account has been debited by Smartcall Technology Solutions.

This is ridiculous! I cant believe you people get away with this!! I wonder how many other people are blissfully unaware of how you are ripping them off??
