We ordered R40, 000 leather suite from New Look Designs. The units arrived and were all skew. They arrived to collect the units for repair and bumped a painting off our house wall that shattered the frame. They indicated I could send the quote for repairs. When they returned the lounge suite their delivery person stood on my Sony Vaio notebook! I even gave them the benefit of the doubt for the reason the battery was now dead post the damage and offered to replace the battery myself. They hid behind some fine print in their terms and conditions EVEN IF THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE IN THE CUSTOMER's HOME!!! The lounge suite has been back to the factory twice and yet the one side remains completely skew. We would recommend ANY BUYER TO RATHER USE ANY OTHER SUPPLIER WHEN BUYING FROM THE FACTORIES IN WYNBERG. There are many suppliers who will offer much better service and honour the relationship with their client in an honest manner while still offering the product from the factories in Wynberg. I would avoid dealing with New Look Designs at all cost. It is clear that they do not honour ordinary business ethics.
