CONTENT SERVICE BILLED BUT NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO???

I realized today that an amount of R166.05 was deducted of my cell C bill for December from a company called "Smartcall Technology Services". I called Cell C's call centre and was told I need to sort that out with Smartcall. I told them several times that I refuse as Cell C deducted this amount for services I didnt instruct them to bill me for. finally I gave up and was given the numer 0115074630. I called this number today at about 16:30 and was told by their "call centre" it is for video and games I subscribed for on 6 December 2013. I told them I didnt subscribe to this and they need to tell me where and how did I subscribe. Although the call was still "live", the person on the other end just went quiet and refuse to speak to me. I called again and the person this time said I need to speak "nicely" to them???

This is unacceptable. 1) I want Cell C to immediately refund this amount to me and any future amounts that may be deducted for this service; 2) Cell C needs to credit my account for the time i had to spend today to sort their nonsense out. 3) Want a senior manager from SmartCall to apologize for their call centre's poor service.
