Order that never came

Two months back, on the strength of a verbal quote, I ordered a Boss DD7 effects pedal which I was told, would take a week to arrive. After 3 weeks, I emailed Shannon Rice on the progress and was informed, due to a mishap, there had been a delay but I would get my pedal within a week - that was 3 weeks ago. I must assume they don't care for my business since no effort has been made to give me any form of believable update. There are more enthusiastic suppliers down the road who are happy to supply this item.
