STAY AWAY FROM BIG BOY

Lets start at the beginning. June 2012 I bought a brand new GP250R from big boy PTA east. It was late due to them not having stock. Later they gave me one that they said the container fell with them inside. they told me its been tested and working fine so I accepted it. Picked it up went home. Next morning it died alongside the road and I waited about 3 hours for them to pick me up. few weeks later it died again on my way home and waited another 2 hours for them to pick me up. few months later the gear pedal broke of a few days after it came back from them after a service. now 2 weeks ago i took it to big boy gezina for a service due to them being closer for me and cheaper. picked it up same day which was nice, but got it back with chain sounding like a train. so I let them know and they told me to bring it in. just before I could, the gear pedal again broke of and had to wait for pickup. got it back next day with my license missing, 2 indicators broken. and exhaust loose. I have been talking to email support which I in all regards useless. all they are is the middleman. No the bike is broken standing at home now. what the am I supposed to do?
