After signing up to view my credit record and paying the required fee, I received a credit report from Experian. More than half the information on the report is incorrect and the account details haven't been updated even though the accounts have been paid up over 2 years ago. I sent through 2 E-mails to lodge a dispute. One on the 17th and one on the 18th. To date they have not even acknowledge receipt of the dispute, never mind trying to rectify their errors on the reports.
