Incompetent consultant, yet no reply?

I sent through a complaint on Saturday morning via email to your customerservices email address, and I thought by now a customer consultant from the Head Office would have got back to me by now to sort out the mess, why has there no one contacted me? How long does it take you to get back to customers regarding email queries? Because on Hello Peter you reply very quickly to complaints!

Can somebody get back to me about my complaint? And organize that my parcel be rather delivered to me, hence the consultant was incompetent?
