My parcel arrived from overseas on the 14 oct 2013 to JHB international hub went to customs on the 16 oct 2013, left customers on the 22 oct 2013 and has been in transit since the 29 oct 2013. I emailed Customer Services [Email Removed] . in regards to my parcel and [Email Removed] replied me to tell me to check on the website. Firstly the information I had, I had gotten it from the website. I even copied and pasted the information from the website to the above and also told them I was not getting any answers from 011 961 6000/6200. Now for Francinah Madzivhani to reply me and tell me to got to the website -that was an insult. surly if I can not get answers from the website why am I supposed to go back on the website again and if customer services consultant cannot help me. Why are they employed there in the first place.
