Postoffice sa is a bunch of incompetent fools

A parcel was sent to me from Stanger kwazulu natal on the 16/08/13. They paid for overnight delivery n its now the 22/08/13 n nothing has been Delivered. When I spoke to a consultant on the 21/08/13 they Promised to have it delivered that same day before the post office closes. Guess what its now 11am n still nothing. Been waiting outside the post office Since 9am. The parcel contains parts for my vehicle which was supposed to be at Toyota at 7am This morning. Aparently the parcel has been delivered to the wrong post office!! How many soekmekaar's can there be?? How much longer do I have to wait. N who is going to compensate me for my time and business lost due to Vehicle waiting for parts. Tracking number is TC 195864695 Za. Some answers would be nice!
