Misinformed me and then took my money

I had gone to post office to purchase/renew my vehicle license. on arrival i was assisted by Ivy.
during the time Ivy was helping, she requested an amount of R300, i was under the impression that was it.

once i had given her the money, she then told me that i will not a disc until i make payment at other places and i have time constrains like tomorrow to gt it done or else more penalties.

i then said to her ok, stop the transaction and i will go to traffic dept and sort problem out all at once.
she than said to me that she cannot return my money and together she and her manager Johan strong armed me into taking my money.

the service that we receive is terrible, how can you take money from people without explaining proper procedures and informing the client of what the implications are.

i was threathend to be forced out of premises by security of the post office.
if this is how you'll provide customer service, you'll should reconsider what your people are thought.

this is unforgivable on all accounts. and to top it all of, the 2 people in this matter thereafter ignored me and opened a new teller to continue to help other customers without attending to my problem.
