On 28 Nov I contacted our business banker regarding the closure of our company accounts. I received an out of office reply with a name and email address of another consultant which I should contact. I did this immediately, after which I received another out of office reply. Needless to say, it is ridiculous that the person I am referred to is away is also on leave.

I then proceeded to wait for our consultant to return from leave and on 4 Dec I emailed him my previous request as a matter of urgency. Since I didn't receive another out of office reply, I assumed he would be in office.By end of day on 5 Dec, I had still not received a response from him. I then emailed him again stating that I was still waiting for his reply and expect to hear from him immediately. I even suggested he point me to someone else who would be able to assist me. On 6 December I again emailed his colleague to which I was referred initially. Again I received an out of office reply, this time stating she would only return mid January.

It is now 9 Dec and I still have had NO response from any consultant. This is appalling and there is clearly no explanation needed for why we are closing our accounts!
