Ts very frustrating.
My actual concern is that from the word go the Ethekwini water services department has been incompetent.

We have not had water since we moved in which was April 2013.06.18 the initial application was not captured.
After waiting three weeks after been given the incorrect reference number. we then went again to their offices
This was now the 21/05/2013 where the application was now captured correctly and we offered the right reference
Number.we were the told it would take 15 days but now we are well over into the 5th week still nothing.

We as the consumers are expected to pay the amount in full immediately as if the service will be immediate.
I have been given numerous numbers for Innocent or and Sam 0313118031/0313118476.
As well Rajesh 0313118118

All the above numbers ring off the hook.
They are never answered even an employee of the municipality tried calling them to no avail.

I don't understand why is should be caught up in the politic of the department, meaning
I applied and paid for a service at the municipality now why should I have to run around for their contractor who is based in pinetown?
Not having water for 2 months is not right.
