Terrible service

I am really disgusted in the terrible service received from EThekwini Municipality Water department, I had a complain regarding a water leak from the main pipe which was reported over 3 months ago, staff member from the water department did come to fix the problem and he said the leak had stopped, but there is still a leak, they dug trenches outside my yard and they just left it like that, this really looks untidy, so if staff members from the Water department can not fix a leak from the main pipe then who can? who is responsible for this? cause this means they obviously don't know how to fix a leaking pipe, which I assumed they can. Looking forward to a speedy response.
