Tswane Metro Council is pathetic!!!

On Wednesday 27 November 2013 I reported a water leak at the water meter on the pavement of my property. I was given a reference number (524333). On 11 December 2013 I reported it again and I was told that this reference number "was cleared". Meanwhile the water was still streaming down the street!! I was then given a new ref no (527568). On Thursday 19 December 2013 I reported the matter again and this time I was referred to Fanie Kruger, foreman of water and sanitation, tel no 012 3585812. Needless to say that nobody ever answers this telephone number!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with this kind of service and would like to know who pays for the water that went down the street for the last 3 weeks!!! And it is still leaking!!!
