Water leak for 6 weeks

The council got contractors to change water pipes in Sherwood Gardens Brakpan North area, since them my water meter is faulty pouring water up through the glass. Reported the problem 6 weeks ago, every week i get promised the problem will be resolved, will get feedback, I am yet to have that. I follow up with Brakpan council every week, i took time of work visited the water department offices twice now, no luck. Been to customer services department to raise my complaint, no luck. VERY frustrating battling with water. My water bill is accumulating very quickly due to water being wasted. PLEASE FIX THE FAULTY WATER METER!
