Avon sells nothing but out of stock

I have placed a order for the fathers day special bag and watch last month and till to date I am still waiting however this morning I got a message from the agent lady selling the product telling me that the product was discontinued and will be out of stock. Question is why advertise products and never specify that its a limited stock, I was one of the first people who ordered that hamper but I am the last to know about the end of range whilst I have ordered whilst their catalogue was still new.

I don't want to know what happened with the supply of the product, all i want is the goods I ordered, if they can deliver make up and lipstick on time I don't understand why it takes them over 2 months to deliver my bag and watch.

So can somebody from the supply or sales division answer this question hence I am a loyal male user of their products.
