No water for 2 days, water pouring into the road

We have had no water since yesterday, the water is gushing out of the water cover in the street in front of our building. Our landlord reported this yesterday with City of Ekurhuleni Water and Sanitation department, reference number: 969085. We still do not have any water and the water is STILL running unstopped outside our building - for two days now!! Such a waste! I have called the Germiston office (we fall under them) on 011 999-0001 - it is either engaged or the number has been changed. I also have been calling on 086-054-3000 (which is where we logged the original call) and I have been on hold nonstop, no-one has ever picked up the call. We are desperate and need this resolved. Please help!
