SA Post Office
Inability to locate parcel

I had an item shipped to me via regular service mail. Two weeks after the item was shipped, with no notification yet appearing in my post box, I went into the post office with my tracking number to check. (The track and trace website is useless.) They immediately found the item on the computer and proceeded to spend the next hour searching the post office for the item before asking me for my phone number and promising to let me know when they have found it. We now await the magic phone call.
