6000hrs globes did not last for 120hrs

I purchase a 45w Eveready globe on the 16th of May 2013 whereby it was not working anymore on the 24th, I've mail Eveready SA twice without any response. I then phoned their head office in P.E on the 29th whereby I speak to Dora and she said to me that their Tech manager is on leave and asked me phone their branch in Gauteng whereby I did.
