Missing parcel

My parcel arrived in SA on the 2nd of May 2013 int tracking number RR318406945CN SA tracking number RI269755355ZA after staying at WITSPOS (HUB) for 10dasy it was returned back to JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) now I have called customer care on 0860111502 they told me to call 011 961 6000 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) to ask them why I still have not received my parcel. no one ever picks up the call all I get is a voice activated msg to track my item on line... am very upset because no one can help me and I don't know what am meant to do know in order to retrieve my parcel
