Bad service

My daughters father (who is not staying in Port Elizabeth) bought her an I-play game for Christmas, when we went there on Monday they refused to take it back because we didn't have the slip, I told the lady there is no way to get the slip as her father is not from here. The game is still in its original packaging so no scratch at all, just laying around here, new eveready batteries didn't even last 30mnutes in the game. Now its just laying around here collecting dust. I thought Games policy was to take back any unwanted gift and Verimark is an in store supplier, now they don't want to help us at all. So much for honesty in advertising.
