Hi

I phoned Serta 2 months ago regarding my king size stella coll kastor bed which sagged on the one side (the side actually got a bump) and was told they Serta does not deal with clients directly and I need to go to the store I purchased the bed. I went to Dial-a-Bed a Festival Mall and completed a complaint form on the 28th of April. I have still not heard back from Serta or Dial-a-Bed. Great Customer service and the bed is only 2 years old (the problem started at 18 months and relayed my concerns to Serta and Dial-a-Bed before 24moths). Won't buy a Serta AGAIN in my life time.
