The most obnoxious and rude person to deal with

The service at the Boksburg store is the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. The person who we dealt with, whom I suspect is also the owner, is the most obnoxious and rude human being I have met. He insulted me because I have to use crutches to walk; threatening to physically attack me and throw me out of his shop and he was swearing at me. We are in the process of taking further legal action against him.

All this happened because he is of the opinion that you cannot use a jack hammer to break thru rock when digging holes or foundations, this after other members of staff did confirm that this would be the right tool to use and just did not have one in stock at that time. He himself did not even bother to suggest any other tool but launched into an attack.

We all have bad days but this is surely not the way you conduct business as word of mount will travel fast.
