BAD SERVICE

I'm looking at having my wedding invitations made in Perspex-I approached PRSPX Fabricators-My request was attended by Matthew O'Connell-He provided me with the quote which I in turn replied and explained to him his quote is more expensive than the quote I received from Mr. Plastic. He advised me PRSPX will beat any quote-I forwarded him the quote which he beat with - 8%-I forwarded him the designs of the invitations and he PROMISED to work on improving the designs in the interim-I contacted him today & emphasized its 4 days later and he has not gotten back to me as he had promised which in my view was unacceptable-Clearly noting my frustration-instead of offering an apology for his lack of ability to adhere to his promises-the pompous @$$ in turn replied "hi there boet, you can gladly go to mr plastic" He's reply has clearly indicated 3 things to me-PRSPX with over 50 years' experience @ CUSTOMER SERVICE-WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO BEAT Mr Plastic WITH & WILL NEVER BE RECOMMENDED OR SUPPORTEDBY ME. Matthew O'Connell you, THANKS for the advice, I'll go to Mr. Plastic-Regards-Lost Customer.
