Grip tool box no spares availlable

I bought a grip tool box last year the tool box was great except the plastic lid that was poor quality the area where the clips, clip they break off I have tried in vain to just get the lid replaced no one has spares for it I was just told buy a new tool box for R800 there is nothing we can do for you why should I have to replace a whole tool
When all I need is just a lid
