Bad attitude and ridiculed!

So I went into The Tool shop to look for a converter for a rotary polisher. Upon entering I was greeted in a decent and friendly manner.

However when I requested a component for a power tool they do not stock as it is "", the salesman and the desk operator proceeded to ridicule my decision on purchasing this particular brand. They constantly remarked that I should purchase QUALITY products and brands that they keep and not this "".

I let the above slide and still asked the desk operator for a price on another brand; he initially ignored my request and only after asking for a second time, did I get a price. I decided against the new purchase as it was too expensive and decided to leave, only to have the salesman and the desk operator laugh mockingly as I turned to walk out.

The TOOL SHOP - I have purchased many of tools from you previously, and recommended your company to many. BUT that is the last I visit your store and will ensure all my recommendations are retracted!
