Bad service by a leading retail outlet

On the 12 of January 2013 I walked into a stuttafords store in east gate to buy a fragrance, after asking a consultant for help a lady by the name of Nomile had the worst most obnoxious attitude I have ever come across and refused to assist me in her department to find anything, I told her I would lay a complaint of which I didn't. Today on the 17h of February I walked into the store again to shop and I happened to bump into her. The first thing she said to me was "oh what happened to you laying a complaint about me" I have been a customer of this store for almost 5 years i have never been treated so badly. I am truly gutted and so deeply disappointed in her and in the store. I vow never to shop at this store again unless this is seen to. I cannot be held under duress for wanting to shop at a store and if this persists I will take legal action.
