Rude staff and very bad customer care

We get calls from staff members swearing at us and being very rude after I told everyone that I was retrench and that the insurance won't pay out because I should have been retrench 4 day later. Now the insurance won't pay out. All of the arrangements for a lesser payment was lodge on the APT system. Still I get people threatening to take the goods I purchase and staff members shouting at me, threatening me to take me to the attorneys. I have handed in my retrenchment letter, my latest pay slip, no benefits was paid out and a police report stating that I take full responsibility on my wife's accounts.

My wife is ill and cannot tolerate people shouting and threatening her. I feel like taking this further because it seems to me as crimen injuria ("unlawfully, intentionally and seriously impairing the dignity of another")
