Trouble placing an orde

On the Wednesday morning 17th July I encountered the worst costumer service in my life ever at Sandwich Baron in benoni. I had placed a telephonic order at the outlet and upon collection of the order it was not complete (in the time communicated). This was not the problem in essences as what ensued next was utterly disgusting. After waiting (longer than i should have) I enquired about the delay from the lady who had been assisting me telephonically as well as in person only for an OLD white lady and gentleman (who both were busy with the rest of my small order) to attack me for my lack of patience. Without getting any response from the lady who was helping me I was full on in argument with these two senior citizens. After threatening not to pay for my order, the old man told me about the right of admission (which i couldn't't see relevant) and how much 'they" didn't't need my money, only before the old woman could begin cursing and reiterating how much they didn't need my money(..."u can take ur f money). At this point i had been given my money back, was without what I had ordered, and mostly had wasted a good 30mins on this arrogant, unprofessional and obnoxious elderly couple
