Very poor (weak) service

I bought a product on Kalahari the other day, the picture and name was clear, it was some kind of Body Exerciser.
When I ordered the product I even sent a screen shot of the product I just ordered to my wife, it looked like an exercise bicycle looking thing.
When the order arrived I received some Woman's Health Exercise product, when I went back into Kalahari to check my order, that product does not exist anymore.
I want to know what is going on with my order, NO one at Kalahari is coming back to me about this issue. I either want a full refund of that incorrect product or I want the product I ordered.
