Agent Collecting Deposits

I have also had a bad experience with Capri when their agent was collecting from us after filling the form and claiming that Capri will only accept the order with the deposit. The agent never sent the money nor my order to Capri. Capri have decided to sort this out and my money was refunded today after I complained in March, and doing so many phone calls and sending emails, they just dont respond. I was surprised after all of a sudden I received a call Andrew telling me that they want to refund me, no apology for not replying nothing. They told me they have since fired the agent named Elvis Ndlovu.

I am doing to warn all customers out there not give money to any agent but wait for their order to be approved by the company and getting proper instructions on how to pay.
